Dr. R. Kailaimannan founded more than 25 Farmer Producers Companies, more than 200 rural enterprises, 2 Weekly organic Mandis, e-NAM, procurement centres and Export Packhouses. His Incredible journey started from Integrated Trible Development Areas (ITDA), Vizagapattinam (AP State), Jawadhu Hills in Tiruvannamalai District and Bargur Hills in Erode District in Tamil Nadu for Sourcing of AgriCommodities. He graduated and doctored in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore and Post-graduated in Agriculture and MBA from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultral University and Indira Gandhi Open University, respectively. He is a recipient of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), 2002 and National Eligibility Test (NET), 2010 and 2012 from Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi. He worked with Wockhardt Ltd, ITC Ltd, State Government, Govt. of India, and implemented various rural development initiatives in-collaboration with KPMG, GT, NAF, IED and Wadhwani Foundation.
